Our scope of work is strictly limited to fiduciary oversight, franchise launch coordination, and market-entry logistics. * Exclusions: We do not provide licensed real estate brokerage services, architectural engineering, or physical construction labor.

Third-Party Partners: All regulated brokerage activities or licensed site development are performed exclusively by vetted, independent third-party contractors.

3. Milestone-Based Service & Refund Policy

Services are delivered and billed based on clearly defined professional milestones. * Earned Revenue: Payments are tied to the successful completion of specific administrative or consulting phases as outlined in the signed Scope of Work (SOW). * Finality of Payment: Once a milestone is reviewed and approved by the client and the corresponding payment is processed, the services are considered rendered in full. Consequently, all processed milestone payments are considered earned revenue and are non-refundable.

4. Privacy, Data Rights & AML Compliance

We maintain the highest standards of data integrity and partner confidentiality.

Data Collection: We only collect and maintain information necessary to fulfill our management obligations and to comply with Federal Financial Regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. * Data Controller: We act as the Data Controller for all partner information and do not sell client data to third parties.
