Welcome to Dyker Group, an operating division of Dyker Heights Estate, LLC. By engaging our professional services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Professional Services & Scope

Dyker Group provides high-level Strategic Administrative Management and Project Logistics Oversight (SIC 8742). Our services focus on operational coordination, administrative milestone management, and corporate strategy for institutional partners.

Non-Financial Services:We do not provide investment advice, fiduciary asset management, or licensed financial planning.

Administrative Nature:Our role is consultative. Specialized labor (e.g., architectural, legal, or construction) is performed by licensed third-party partners.

2. Milestone-Based Engagement

Our professional fees are structured around specific project milestones. Work begins only upon the execution of a formal Statement of Work (SOW). Payment of an invoice constitutes the Client’s formal acceptance and approval of the administrative milestone completed.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

To provide flexibility and security for our institutional clients, Dyker Group accepts the following payment methods through our integrated secure portals:

Direct Debit (ACH):Processed securely. By authorizing a mandate, the Client allows Dyker Group to pull funds for agreed-upon milestones.

Bank Wire Transfer (Domestic & International): Payments may be settled via USD Wire to our Designated Operating Accounts.

Credit & Debit Cards: We accept major corporate cards for administrative retainers and milestone fees.

Finality of Payment:Due to the nature of professional administrative labor, all payments are considered final upon the completion of the relevant project phase.

4. Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Dyker Group maintains strict adherence to federal and state financial regulations. For high-value milestones (exceeding $10,000), we reserve the right to request "Know Your Customer" (KYC) documentation. This ensures transparency and security for our banking partners and confirms the legitimate source of funds.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dyker Group’s liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid for the specific milestone in dispute. We are not liable for the performance or licensing of third-party contractors.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Kings County, NY.
